Welcome to Frich's Hotel Hamar. We are located about an hour's drive from Gardermoen and close to Hamar city center. With 176 rooms in a building from 1968, we are currently undergoing extensive renovations with a planned reopening in the spring of 2024. This includes common areas and a new food and beverage concept that will strengthen the hotel's position.

Facilities

Frich's Hotel Hamar offers a wide range of facilities, including a well-equipped gym for effective workouts. After your workout, relax in the sauna. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, popular among guests who wish to exercise as well as families on holiday with us.

Swimming is currently available only for hotel guests. Our pool maintains a comfortable temperature of 27 degrees, ensuring a pleasant swimming experience.

From Oslo, the train takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to Hamar Station, followed by a short 10-minute taxi ride. Travelers from Trondheim can also enjoy an eco-friendly train journey of approximately 5 hours and 20 minutes. By choosing the train, you contribute to a greener future while enjoying a comfortable travel experience to Hamar.
