Frich’s in Oppdal is, for obvious reasons, often referred to as the Gate to Oppdal by locals and travellers alike. Because when you reach this point, some of Norway's most spectacular nature is just waiting for you to explore.

Both the hotel and the restaurant resemble an old Norwegian cabin with turfed roof and wooden interior. It's a nice and cosy place to stop for a bite to eat or a full dinner, but also for a good night's sleep. It is a perfect place to stop for people who travel around in the Oppdal area, or are on their way to Trondheim og Oslo.

The centre of Oppdal is only 12 km away, and you find the ski slopes and the golf course 10 km away.
