Dale-Gudbrands Gard offers a fantastic selection of food and drink experiences. We focus on local and locally produced ingredients to give our guests the ultimate dining experience.

Dale-Gudbrands Gard Spiseri is the restaurant inside the main building.

There is room for up to 90 people. Here we serve a fixed 3-course dinner every evening.

Opening hours in the restaurant:

Breakfast: 07.30 - 10.00
Dinner: 19.00 - 21.00

During the winter season, which runs from the beginning of October to the end of April, we experience many quiet days.

Please note that we may not be able to offer dinner every evening, so it is recommended to inquire in advance. The next morning's breakfast primarily consists of a breakfast plate, and to ensure a good start to the day, all rooms are equipped with capsule coffee machines. Should the hotel accommodate groups or host larger events, breakfast will be available in our restaurant from 07:30 to 09:00.
