Ilsetra offers a fantastic selection of food and drink experiences. We focus on local and locally produced ingredients to give our guests the ultimate dining experience.

The restaurant in the main house is divided into two departments - Rødstua and Finstua. On large farms in the old days, it was common to have both a living room and a living room for more special occasions. We have done the same, except that at Ilsetra both are equally pleasant and are used as part of the daily dining.
