Housekeeping are cleaning after check-out, and not during shorter stays unless it´s booked in advance. For longer stays, the rooms will be cleaned weekly. If you want a new towel, put it on the bathroom floor and we will change it.
Check out of the hotel rooms is at 11.00 at the latest. Later check-out can be arranged for an additional price.
Remember to check out in kiosk on the ground. You get your receipt when you check out.
Parking is free for hotel guests in Alti Rauma's car park around the shopping center. You will also find car charging options from several providers in the car park outside the hotel.
Defibrillator you can find in the entrance to Bunnpris on the ground floor.
Non-smoking hotel, applies inside the entire building and in all hotel rooms. Smoking outside must take place in a designated place, and not directly outside the door. Smoking in the hotel will be charged NOK 5,000.
Dogs and cats are welcome with us, there is an additional cost for this, which you order when you book the room,
